What I've learned so far in DIG110... Part II
This second module of DIG110 has been so interesting to me. I love to learn the "inner workings" of things; however, I've never really explored how the internet really works. After this module, I've been picturing the bits of data as tiny puzzle pieces in envelopes. They get broken up to fit into envelopes, sent off to their destination, and then get put back together again.
I also learned some great information (that has already helped me out!) about Google Chrome. I've customized my Chrome and set my home screen to the SUNY Niagara Homepage so I can quickly access Brightspace and get to work!

Packet Switching Network - How information is broken into data packets containing everything it needs to reassemble the packet when it reaches its destination.
IP - Internet Protocol - This finds the most efficient way for information to travel. It may not be a direct route.
